Clio dash swap

I have a 2004 clio dynamique with a dash fault and i want to put the dash out of a 2003 dynamique , The dashes look the same except the 2004 has the digital fuel & temp gauge ( little blocks on a screen) and the other has gauges with needles.
Obviously they physically fit but could it upset other electronic things on the car ?

Won't work. Plugs are different on the backs. You'll have to get ones the same you already have.

Mileage is stored in the clocks so make a note when you change.
