Clio dci 80 Clicking from dash and lights flash

Had this car a clicking from pasanger footwell aand lichts flash and wipers stop working, this might hapen every few days then is ok ?any ideas ??
Driving about 80mph sometimes brings the ecectrical fault light on slight loss of power tur ignition off and on all ok ?
doing my head in any thoughts.

It'll be either a wiring fault somewhere in the engine bay loom or, most likely, a faulty UCH.

I've had a couple of Billibongs before do this and both needed new UCH's in the end.
