Clio Dci Clutch hose fitting

A more than likely out of the ordinary question but I am looking for the below so I can make a new clutch hard line to fit a DCI pedal box

I need the push fitting that goes into the clutch master cylinder but converts it to an AN-4 hose fitting, a bit like the fittings earls do but with the Renault profile.

Anyone any idea where I could find such a fitting?
