Clio DCI Squeak when blowers are on

When I have the air blowers on 1 or 2 in my Clio I get a constant squeak like a belt. What could this be?

It is due the 36k service soon and I have an extended warrenty and a few things I would like fixed.

Hazzard button jams in
1 Seat doesn't tilt forward easily (handle is very stiff)
Squeak when air blowers are on.

Are these likely to be under the extended warrenty?

we had a 1.2 16v that had the squeeky fan too its so annoying but i never got round to sorting it, i assumed it was just a squeeky fan? it done it from when it was brand new
