CLIO DIESEL MK3 2006

Hi all,
New here, would like some advice please if someone can help.
Have just bought a clio 1.5 dci 2006, mint little car.
Before buying took for a test drive and drove perfect. The journey home was about 80 miles and did it with no issues, the following morning came out started it and lots and lots of blue smoke plus I'm getting a scraping noise from the gearbox when I push the clutch down it goes quiet any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like clutch release bearing on the clutch if it's a MK2? A 2006 could be either a 2 or a 3!

Lots of blue smoke could be the turbo on its way out but the car may just be needing a good run, 80 miles is a good distance but possibly not a lot of load.

Worth giving the egr valve a clean out and an oil change as a start.
