clio handbook in german..........

i have recently bought an 02 clio 172 and found that the handbook is in german with no english section, could someone tell me how to disable the auto lights!!?

turn your lights on and off twice quickly - you'll hear a bleep when you've done it correctly

Just to add you need to do it with the ignition on but the engine not running.
