Clio Mk 2 Repair Costs Query

Well its happened sooner than i expected. My brother has rear ended a Civic in my mums Clio Mk 2 Phase 1 1.2, mere weeks after passing his test.
Damage is moderate and it looks to need the following:

O/s front wing
Bonnet
2 Headlights
Bumper
Front grille/trim
Front cross panel inc bonnet catch etc
Possibly a new radiator as mountings look to have broken.

Plus all the bits inbetween. Car is fully drivable despite damage.
Does anyone, IN THE KNOW, i.e panel beaters, accident repairers have any guesstimates as to how much this lot may come to?
Im fairly sure its gonna come back as a total loss but im curious as to how much it would cost without going thru insurance, as the car is a fairly low miler (50k on an S plate) and is, or was, a good runner!

Any helpful feedback would be grand!

Cheers mate. Its at the local recommended repairer today and i know the guy who runs it plus the foreman so hopefully they won't be too harsh on the poor thing!

Luckily its not done any mechanicals or suspension damage so that may count in its favour.

Well the estimate has come in at....wait for it.....drum roll please........£1900!!!!
Ouch.

Now i suppose it comes down to whether or not the insurance company give my mum the choice to have it repaired.
The guy who did the estimate said its forecourt book price is about £2200 so if they offer us what it would cost to repair it then i reckon we bite their hand off!

What do you reckon people?
Repair it or take the money?
