Clio Mk2 1.2 Turns Over But Dont Start

Got in the car about an hour ago after finishing work. Went to start the car, turned over wouldnt fire. Unplugged key waited for starter motor to stop ticking, put key back in turned twice waited for all lights to go out and done the same. Took keys out, got out my car closed the door and locked it, waited 2 secs then unlocked, waited for lights to out, BOOM started first time. Happened twice now doing it this way. The imob light is not flashing, goes off after 3 secs of turning key twice.
Car has recently has new spark plugs, ht leads and coil pack.

You guys know of whats causing this?

Please someone? Ive done everything i can, cleaning everything with wd-40

Same thing happens to my car, cleaned the spade terminal that connects to the starter motor, if so, replace the starter motor, check the spark plugs and coil pack/ht leads.. Done the following and its worked fine, check the battery aswell!

Same thing happened to mine! that was the problem!

same happened to me a few years ago when i had a 1.2 and it turned out to be a dodgy tdc sensor, i recon its probably coincidence that it worked after u locked the doors

I got the RAC out, its a green 12v feed going to my coil pack that is causing the problem. So getting it fixed monday.
