Clio mk2 2003 H7 Fitting guide please?

Hey guys, just wondering has anyone made a guide or anything that could help me with fitting my H7 Hid kit to my 03 mk2 clio , ive been trying to fit them today but i just cant get them to stay in the holders , would appreciate if someone could help me ! thanks
