Clio Mk2 Ph1 Wheel Spacer HELP!

Right, I want to order some wheel spacers for my ph1 clio

i have OZ RACING WRC 16" with 195/45/16 tyres!
lowered on V-Maxx coilies, 40mm front and back
No pictures atm...

what size and brand would you lot recommend?

any help would be much appreciated!

Why fit spacers? Is the offset correct on the rims? Using spacers puts more loading on the wheel bearings.
