Clio Mk3 (2009) draining fuel

My dad is selling his Mk3 clio 2009, its going tomorrow. What is the best way to drain some of the fuel its about 3/4 full at the moment (Petrol)

Find the easiest point to disconnect the fuel line , find the fuel pump relay and bridge the contacts .
Voilà continues fuel pumping into your jerry can .

Is there an access panel under the rear seat? its pissing down here so haven't had a look yet.
