Clio mk3 sports grill with led help

hi I bought a pair of sports grills for the renault mk3 with built in led lights but have no idea on were to connect them and how to do it some advice please
It's got 3 wires comming from the box ( 1 red 1 black 1 orange ) where to connect what to and how?
