Sorry this isnt in-keeping with the 'sport' nature of the website but my brothers car is playing up and i need some advice.
Car: 1996 Clio RT 1.4
Sometimes its fine, but more often than not its difficult to start - battery has been checked and is fine.
When it starts, it either immediately dies again (when revs held with the pedal, it seems ok, but dies soon after its released)
OR it revs up to 2000rpm and stays there for ages.
Is this due to a faulty air sensor etc or something else.
It could benifit with a service which i may do soon.
Any ideas i can try to help my brother out?
