With great difficulty. The real ones have a completly different subframe with much stronger and longer suspension arms. They also have massive, stronger hubs that support the big brakes. The rear axle is also completly different. They have wide rear multiple suspension arms attached to a really stong wider beam. Basically verything is wider and stronger.

If you were making a replica, start off with 172 track, then have lots of spacers, and prob spacer shims on the rear axle..

You wouldn't get a wobbly bolt long enough ;)
 
If you look at the S1600 section of the RenaultSport online parts thing you can see the completely different fabricated subframe and front wishbones/hubs and the fabricated independant rear suspension
