You last paid/renewed/joined in march and you paid £5.00, this was when Member packs were not going out. Member packs were launched in June along with the increased membership fee of £10. If you so wish, you can buy a pack in the shop for £5.00 but you will get the same again when/if you renew next year.
My advise would be wait until your renewal time next year.
