Clio TT 270 - DRIVEN!!!!

Today ive been at Stealth watching j3neds clio TT (1.8T 20V engined clio) being mapped

j3ned kindly let me have a drive,

f**k ME!!!!!!!

270bhp (on a dodgy fuel pump, not enough fuel at the top of the rpm)

The thing is scary, videos to follow!!!!

Depends if you have a lead foot or not lol! Actually at the mo 1st and 2nd isnt awesome but as soon as you hit 3rd (at pretty much any low speed) it really picks up well. Ill get some vids up in the next couple of days but Im knacked at the mo so Im off to bed

traction is fiine unless you really hammer it!!!

the steering on the orange TT is way out, so its not really fair to say its 100%

but coilovers are on the way



edde the fuel pump is off a 1.4/1.6 16v clio IIRC j3ned is "upgrading over the next few days

end result should be around 280bhp

280bhp is more than enough - its frightening to drive. Coilovers have been ordered with frt and rr susp struts ( and an incar paper underpants dispenser )

is their a link any where to the details of how he has fitted this and converted the 4wd system to 2wd??? intrsted to see how hard it was to do this.

J3ned is writing a guide for how to convert it so we just have to wait.

He is using a Golf 2WD box with the TT engine so the all wheel drive problem doesnt exist.
