Clio172 phase 2 keeps cutting out

Hello guys ,

The problem started about 2 weeks ago when it cut out at a junction. It stopped doing it for a while and now does it almost every day.
It only happens when i slow down to almost stopping speed and it jugs around revs a little bit and cuts out. What can it be?
