Yeah I can appreciate that. Maybe if day only tickets were available that'd be more beneficial and less labour intensive of dealing with mongs.Unless we go back to somewhere like Blyton where we had the space and approval to get a lot of the setup done on Friday then probably not in all honesty. We can do emergency ticket sales in the CS shop if needed, but preference is for members to pay in advance.
It took two staff to man the gate, which meant less hands elsewhere for setup and whilst about 50% of sales were nice and easy the other half were always a PITA “I’ve bought 2 kids tickets but instead I’ve brought 3 adult mates with me, can I swap the tickets and pay the difference but only two are camping and one doesn’t like grass so can he camp on the track itself and where can I hook up power for my Sybian” meanwhile about 10 other cars are queuing up at the gate and then the odd numpty trying to bypass the queue and drive straight in.
I only ask as its how I always used to come to csf, pay on the gate vibes.
