cliosport rep ?

whats needed to make a cliosport 172 rep?
its is possibe to keep existing front end for that stealthy look.

my plans are,
172 rear bumper
172 engine conversion
172 skirts
182 alloys (the flat faced ones 8spoke?)

so what would i need? bearing in mind im keeping the extreme front bumper on

i dont want comments like why dont you save up buy a sport etc? whatever i get ill still spend money on so ill do something i can be proud of and say i did that:)

  TTRS & V50
Spoiler and front bumper.

Sack keeping the front bumper.

If you doing a conversion i dont see why you dont buy a 172, its cheaper.

If you were keeping your original 1.x engine then, yes its worthwhile.

would look loads better with the wider wings and sport bumper

here's a pic of mine as a work in progress with the sport front end:

not worth doin the engine swap mate . you may be surprised ant price of 172 insurance anyway its cheaper for me on a 172 than my dci van for some reason

to be fair if you going to do it, do it right, full rs body kit

both bumpers, wings and skirts

you will kick yourself if you dotn do it all in one go

then contemplate the almighty task involved in doing the conversion

i honestly dont think what k-tec charge for conversion is expensive when you understand how much!!! needs to be changed

yes i understand buy a real one its cheaper but if i do that it wont stop me spending more and more on it. i plan on keeping the car for years as i paid 5k for it last year and its a minter and if i go to sell now ill be lucky to get 2. i will be starting in the new years hopefully. dont plan on getting the engine untill the end of the year tbh ill be collecting and fitting through out the year as a weekend thing

  B/G 182 + PH1 Track
not worth the effort at all. if you want a project, buy a PH1 now with some money, spend your weekends turning it in to a track toy then enjoy it.
