Hahaha! Hmmm maybe not! I should just come then huh? I'm always moaning about never getting to meet other clio sport owners. I do like a vodka or three as well!

So, how does it work? I mean are all the clios on display? DO you camp near the cars....

Basically, tell me what goes on and how it works?

I like the whole camping idea and drinks etc! Drink in the bar till it shuts then back at the camping?

You'll fit in just fine trust me. We're not the type of people to just let someone stand around on their own.

The camping after the event is a proper social event and I guarantee that you'll enjoy yourself.

Last years CSS didn't have camping on site. A load of us went to a campsite nearby after and had a barbecue, drinks and lots of laughs.

The campsite this year is on site so will be a lot easier. I know there's a bar but personally I think beers at the camping area and a barbecue will be what most people opt for.

Benadet- last year I walked around with my mates in the day, but it was the only one camping. At the end of the day I found some people talking about camping... Then joins the group... And everyone was sociable and there wasn't a single person that wasn't awesome company. So far everyone off CS that I have met have been great. You'll fit in fine :)

The campsite is actually on the stand lol. So you can park up in the morning and leave your car there until Sunday.

Thing is...I do really want to come (from Aberdeen) BUT, I would be probably coming on my own as no one I know is as into motors as I am.

What I don't want to happen is I come down, and have a miserable time, know no one and end up regretting it! It does all seem awesome fun.

Pathetic post, I know but hey...Long way to go to hang out on my own...as much as I love clio sports!
I went to most CS places last year myself from Scotland.
I was the only Scottish one from CS at the Trax & FCS.

Just come mate. We're a friendly bunch. You'll be fine.
Can only echo this.
Really you two?

Dave speaks sense.

If you want to be sure of getting involved and speaking to other members, volunteer to help with the parking or something - you'll be forced to socialise etc then!
Nothing like forcing people to do stuff for the benefit of the club!

Also
Ill be there for this

  Clio 172 (Now 182)
I will be a 'first timer' at this event too! Perhaps us newbies could touch base beforehand if anyone is feeling a bit awkward about just turning up alone lol

The venue has told me that everyone who attends needs a ticket, but I'm in discussions with them at the moment as I don't think this is right.

I might pop to this as it is only a minute from my new house. Not sure it will be as good as last years though - Duxford was epic!

Css 11 in the golf club carpark! Haha.

To all the first timers, you definetly need to camp! You'll instantly get along with everyone, and you're probably gonna be even better off cause a lot more people will be staying.
Last year on the site that RonDave sorted out for us was awesome. Gazebos all set up, mclovin's LED lights lighting up the whole place, nan's frying pan and bacon so uncooked it was still oinking.
Oh and DaveDreads being pissed, again :p
