Are the stickers those ones where you can unpeel from your window and reapply again. I mean there not permanent when stuck on the window.

What does it mean by internal & external stickers without sounding stupid? Surely not on the outside of the window as it would get wet and dirty.

yeah external as in on the outside and internal as in on the inside, dont think you can re-apply them
