Clonking and wobbling

Hi all, I have got a problem with my 172 cup.
It Clonks when i turn the steering wheel (seems like its coming from the passenger side) and today it has just started to make like a wobbling sound but clonking at the same time and its very loud????

Ive checked the basics like wheel nuts etc etc im just [puzzeled as to what it could be

Any help will be much appriciated

Severely worn ball joint? Suspension top mount? buckled wheel? nackered track rod end? Steering rack play?

Im swaying towards ball joint and/or steering rack

have you jacked the wheel up and given it a tug?

No mate im going to leave it and take it to the garage tomorrow i spent almost 5 hours changing exhausts yesterday.
So i have little enthusiasm to spend more of my life buggering around with the bloody thing!
Why did i buy a renault again ??
