Clutch cables

  330i. E30 Touring.
All down to preference.

If I was you, i'd inspect before you buy new. It could be (and probably is) perfectly fine.

To check- airbox and battery out. Unclip it from the clutch fork and operate it by hand from the engine bay side. If there's any scratching/notchyness/stiffness, change it.

Simples.

Mike, I can't really check it until I unbolt it all... at the moment the pedal feels like I'm dragging it through glass and gravel whilst its coated in Glue. Plus, if I'm changing it all, then I may aswell change this too.

Cheers Fred, I just wanted to know if it was one of those parts or not, which you've confirmed it is. Thanks again.
