Clutch gone at 35k?!

Car  Oil Burner
today whilst going up a steepish hill at about 75 in 5th my clutch seemed to be slipping about 200 rpm (when putting foot down at about 2800rpm), is this deffinatly a gone clutch or are there are things which can cause these symptomns?

Could be a gearbox seal gone and affected the clutch.

200rpm ins't exactly a huge slipping clutch have you ownered the car all the time could be a ridden cliutch.
