Clutch juddering

Car  172 Cup, Freelander
Car judders when pulling away in first and in reverse, bit annoying but nothing extreme. I think it may be the release bearing thats naffed, what you guys reckon?

52 plate Cup and done 53k miles if that helps.

I'd never a good sign lets put it that way, clutch itself it probably worn more than the release bearing.

I had this on my 106 GTI.. Left it like that for 3 weeks while I saved for a paddle clutch and the clutch failed on my way home one night.

The box had to be replaced in the end so I would advise getting it sorted.
