clutch noise when cold

GeG

  RenaultSport clio 172 mk2
I've got a strange noise when the clutch is dipped (fully pressed down) which changes when trying to engage a gear. It only happens when the car is cold and seems to dissapear after a short while ( 5-10mins). Any ideas what it might be?

Thanks.

Clucth cable sounds worn or you need to top up the box or the cluytch is worn or the thrust bearing is going.

Most likly thrust relase bearing.

  Lots of Alfas
As edde says it sounds like the release bearing to me, does it especially do it when its damp?
