clutch release bearing

  182
my clutch release bearing has started to make some right funny noises,so looks like a new clutch job.
i have searched through a fair few threads on here about uprated release bearings but none of the threads state where to get one from apart from (yozza??).does anyone where to get one?
or is it worth just sticking with the standard item?

cheers

Not worth it in my opinion.

On the 1*2's it's the gearboxes that give more problems than the clutch normally, and unless you've got silly uprated power, OE new clutch will do you fine.

Valeo is the brand you need, and it will come with the release bearing inside too.

That's because they're all running on clutch assemblies that have done mega mileage and are worn. A new OE kit will see you right for a fair few years to come. The LUK ones are okay but for the price you'd be far better off with a Valeo kit as suggested above.
