Clutch spline grease?

Jeez, what a bloody minefield. Cant find a definitive answer online on what to use. Was just going to use a spear of this below, but not sure now?

Bit of high temp moly grease on release bearing isn't it?

You have to be careful with grease. It allows the clutch dust to stick and then it creates issues with the clutch dragging. We don’t put any grease on the splines for the cars at work, and we also never did it on the hgv’s.
