Clutch

I think my clutch maybe getting rather low, as the biting point is very high on the pedal.

Im fairly confident with car mechanics, and would get my brother to help, as he knows what he is doing.

Where is the best place to buy a new clutch, and how much? Is there anything else that should be replaced at the same time? And how can i tell if the clutch defo needs replacing? I suppose i'd know it was fooked if when pulling away it seemed to be slipping (its not yet, but dont know how long it would last).

How long do clutchs usually last? My car is on 46k miles.

I also heard that. Must be a rumour going about or something.


I'll leave it for now then, until the car wont move cause the clutch isnt there anymore, lol.

is there anyway of adjusting the clutch pedal so that the bitting point is lower down the pedal? Mine is also very high, too high for me.
