Since I have owned my 172 (4 months) I have had this constant bruise under my left foot lol. I used to have a corsa where the clutch was light as anything compared to the clio.

Is this just me ? lol

Quite hard compared to most other cars yes. Wouldn't say I get bruised using it though..

I have noticed it is quite stiff for a standard clutch but I wouldn't say it'sbad enough to cause a bruise - you must bruise like a peach lol.

lol I dont normaly bruise it just on the ball of my foot. Maybe I had a bruise just before i got the clio and made it worse. dunno lol

I don't think it's too bad - I only realise that mine must be heavy when I get in my missus' mk3 Clio and nearly push the pedal through the floor. lol.

i couldnt beleive how soft mine was when i got it, i was used to my old 1.2 16v its clutch had taken a hammering lol

Used to do the same...I had a racing clutch in my old rover turbo and when I got in my ex girlfriends saxo I almost turned it into a flinstones car lol

yeah. i let a friend drive my car and he said the clutch was stiff as f**k. i told him he was a faggot. but them im used to ramming down the cluth. seems normal to me. coprsas were very light though.
