No idea, they said it could have been done anywhere, websites, shops, cash machine, pay at petrol pumps... Will have to be more careful.

Mine got halfway through the Down load then had a fit and told me it couldn't download anymore. I shat myself. Managed to make it pick up again where it left off. I love the new maps. Much better than the last
