Coil cover

I've just taken the engine cover off and was wondering if I need a coil cover or something just in case water gets in

Nope, but it's worth having the coilpack off and cleaning up the contact areas.

Have you got a bolt missing out of the coilpack as well??

The original engine cover goes over the coilpack. So that might be an option?
