I'd be looking at H&R's if I were you, you can get better but not without spending a fortune, as for fitting any greece monkey can do it, it's the setting up that requires skill/knowledge.

Me and my mate are fitting mine on the weekend. I have fks though so only height adjustable. Surely they aint that hard to set up?!

FK suspension is not that good when compared to KW and alike!! I would go with another company that allows you height and damping and rebound settings

Go for the FK's

unless its a track car, there is NO NEED for damping, rebound, bounce, iknowwhati'mtalkingabout adjustment

best VFM coilovers IMO

john2modified on here flogs them cheap


you have to know what you're doing when setting up the camber
