im struggling to get hold of some H&R rear platforms. so would it be possible to like say get some fk platforms and rear springs and where would a get some from

try contact people that deal with those companys,

im not sure if they will sell the bits by themself but worth a try

Go through www.mstuning.co.uk

You should be able to order through them although there really rubbish to deal with. It took me 5 phone calls to get my new rear shock absorber.

Just make them do it there and then or they will try and fob you off by telling you to email them the order etc.....

Once they've taken payment they have to get on with ordering it.

Shouldnt take too long.

Mine came within 5 days of ordering.
