coilover springs

  dci126 & H&R'd 1*2
When looking at coilovers last night I saw that coilover kits have 2 types of springs on the shock, hard ones and softer ones that are placed under the harder ones. It's like this with H&R, bilstein etc but not with KW, they have the soft spring on top and the hard one is resting on the height adjustment screw thingy.
Why is it the other way round with KW?

Cheers!

you sure they were assembled the correct way? my KW's have a small hard helper spring at the top and then the larger softer spring on the adjustable platform.

dunno if they were assembled as it should, they probably are as I was looking on the K-tec website.
it's that small helper spring where i'm on about, every other manufacturer seems to have it sitting on the nut to adjust the height, and kw's seem to have it on top

doesn't matter where the helper spring goes, its only there to stop the main spring from dislocating
