Coilovers: How much to fit?

Hello peeps!

Just wondering how much it would cost to get coilovers fitted properly?

I have bought a set off H&R's off ebay but will need them fitted?

i got mine done by a member off here, very very cheaply...

i dont know what places are near you but i would only trust a big garage/renault specialist with all the equipment like tweeks or rentech or fred@yozzasport, so i would know its all right.... not sure how much though

I think the majority of the specialists, k-tec, Yozza, Rentech, Shedmotorsport are a good 2 hours from me!

I wouldn't mind travelling but would rather have it done locally if I can!

yeah, theyre quite a drive for me too, it think fred is the closest specialist which is about 2 hours away, tweeks is about an hour but some of the guys there seem a bit, well dodgy.

You could fit them yourself no probs mate...just have them set up properly...

Its not any harder that doing springs on the clio.

i got charged £115 and thats propely set up and measured on a complete flat surface, a mate of mine went to a place they they littlerly threw them on and measured by a tape measure, but the worse is was the floor wasn't flat

If you can use some ramps it's easy enough yourself. As said above, it's the setting up that can cost.

I got mine done at Mark Fish once too. Tbh there's not a lot of setting up to do on the H&R's, just get the camber right on the front.

yeh should be easy enough mate fitted coilovers on my mates rx7 with help from a friend in 3 and half hours!!
