coilovers

just bought a new set of coilovers.

wanna check sumit.

do i adjust em to the setting i want before or after fitting?

if after fitting i guess i adjust it in the air not the floor?

and if i need to adjuist at a later date do i have to clean em well first?

Ride height setting I take it you mean?
Doesn't matter realy I'd do it with it on the car as its easier to fit the coilover when its smaller.
