cold air feed help!!!

hi guys i am removing my acoustic valve when i know how to do it 100% lol but when this is gone i want a nice cold air feed from the front to replace the valve taken out!!! what length do i need ideally and what size in mm i looked down there the other day and it is so bloody tight in the full phat 172's its unreal!!! and better still where can i get one from and what price delivered need one asap cheers many thanks for all your help

70mm ducting is just right, got mine from Yozzasport (quality strong stuff), comes in 1m length, which is ideal if you use the foglight (take it out & mesh the opening, or totally remove foglight surround & foglight & use a brake duct). as Ant says tho if you use the grill you will need a longer bit.

I don't know if the silver ones crap . The black one on the second link looks like the stuff k+n supply and thats good stuff , doesn't crush easily .
