cold air feed location

Hi wheres the best place to route a cold air feed to? I don't want to replace a fog light.

I was thinking down where the acoustic value used to be and fix it to the splash guard where the grill part is?

I used to take a feed on the passenger side of the radiator. If you remove the plastic panel from the side you can have a trumpet sitting there instead.
