Colombo Bariani performance cams for F4R

I am going to buy Colombo Barriani cams for my Clio RS Mk1 172. I am not going to get them installed on my car immediately. At least they will stay for 3 months. How should I keep them. Should they be kept as oiled? Also anybody has positive or negative comments about this cam?
