Define 'competition' and 'steel'?
The std inlet valves are already EN52B steel, and the exhausts are the same with a 214N stanless head. And the designs of both are not bad.
Are you looking for all stanless valves for any particualr reason, if you are they will have to be custom made, and you will need either a stellite or hardened tip to work with the roller path followers.
