complete sound

i want to get the best sound out of my speakers and car, if i get new tweaters, front components and rear components for the sides, and 6x9s on the parcel shelf with a sub and amp in the boot will the 6x9s still be good quality of will the sub distort them?

No the subs will distort the 6x9s and take away some sound quality.
