Completely nackered

I've just had my gearbox replaced after blowing it up along with replacing the clutch . For some reason an idiot decided to chuck paint over it and key it . Also I snapped my key in the ignition so now have a switch to start the car . The paint has got into the relay and have cleaned it off as much as I could but everytime I switch the ignition my rev counter and speedo shoots up and miles add on ! But the engine isn't turning or anything just loads of ticking near the relay . Anyone help me !

can you pin point exactly what you wan thelp with? Is it the relay problem or something to do with the gearbox and clutch?!

The relay I think just everything is going crazy . I can't get the thing started !

im not sure a relay is involved with any of that stuff, so i think you might have another problem or something else is shorting elsewhere. try removing all the fuses except for the very basic ones (such as ecu) and see if that helps. then start puting them back in and you will get an idea of where the fault is...
