Component Speakers for MK1 Clios

I have just purchased a mk1 clio phase one and i noticed that the speakers are of a rectangle shape as standard and i was just wandering wat size i wud have 2 get 2 uprate them

if u r talking about the ones in the front doors, you can get 13cms in there, if u r talking about the ones in the front dashboard, i wouldnt bother, id disconnect them, cut a hole in ur door card and use the pre cut 13cm hole in ur doors and cover thew door card hole with new speaker grill!!!!!!!

obviously make sure u take door card off first and cut hole to fit hole in door and make sure it is smaller hole than the speaker grill!!!! hehe

You can get 17cm speakers into the door cards. but will have to cut it custom.

Thats what i have done and put the tweeters in the dash where the 10cm speakers used to be.

Screw some tweeters in the top of the dash mate, raising the height of the sound stage, sounds mint.

kool well wat i am gonna do is take the standard speakers out of the dash and fill the gap wit sumthin or jsut leve em put speakers in the doors and put the tweeters near the maunaul mirror adjustmant nozzla maybe
