Mean anything to anyone?

Few months back the engine had a belt and pulley change. Followed by 4 bent valves. Which were replaced. (Can't say which ones as I don't know)

I've only done this as my car has dropped from 170 down to 150bhp

220 PSI ? is that not a bit high? I always thought standard compression for Sports were around mid 170's / 180 mark

I think so. All the spark plugs out, plugged the tester in and cranked the engine.

were the higher results the last ones you did? Looks like you've left injectors plugged in, that will seal rings and valves artificially, so unplug them and give it another go

Yes they were. My bad. Didn't know I had to unplug the injectors.

Remove the electrical connection, its a 2 pin junior timer plug on each one.

You dont need to physically remove the fuel rail or injectors, merely stop them firing.
