Will my Micro-ATX 244mm x 244mm motherboard fit in a shuttle case?

Quite fancy a shuttle case with a custom paint job on the desktop.

Standard shuttle case dimensions are - 200x300x185 mm (WxDxH), i think you will need a mini ITX mobo.

The shuttles should be classed as a barebones system. Meaning it already has a motherboard with it.

You buy the appropriate version for the cpu you will be using and if you need integrated graphics or not etc.
