Is anyone good with computers??

I am wanting to buy a laptop but have no clue what I am looking for and whats good or bad.

I was looking at one which has the below spec, can anyone tell me if its any good.

Celeron M420 1.6 GH2 Processor
512 MB RAM
60GB Hard Drive
WIFI
Windows Vista Home Basic
Open office software 499.

In my opinion all better than what you have there, to be honest though that is the lower end of the spectrum so for that money you cant expect amazing things.

Agreed! you have alot better options than what you have there.

You want at least a gig of ram if your gonna be running vista, it will run slow as s**t with 512mb

Indeed, don't run Vista with a 60GB HDD also.

No room for p**n.
