Probably something really quite simple! But...@ home, when i use my landline phone whilst the internet it cuts the internet off?

Its a BT line with BT internet. Any ideas why people?

Are all phones in the house plugged into the micro-filters?

Try different microfilter?

How old is the house/phone wiring?

yer try a new micro filter , and make sure u have one on other sockets in house if u ran yer own extentions.

I had a similar problem with a relative's internet connection, the adsl light on the modem was flashing constantly instead of staying a solid green, found one of the phones in the house was one of those fancy combined fax/email phones, unplugged it and everything was fine.
