Computer trip display broken

Hi guys. I took apart my instrument cluster to put white LEDs instead of the orange stock ones. Went pretty well but I accidentally pressed the trip screen and now it's all broken. The bulbs are fine. Sometimes when I press it it works a bit better but I can't get it to work as it should.
Any help is appreciated.
