Never seen it before on either of the two clios i've had. You checked the part at the rear where the bulbs plug into is fully clipped in against the cluster ?
Its normal it happens from time to time, its to do with a natural phenomenom (sp) to do with changes in air temperature. It can happen in sealed light clusters too.
